The Challenge
Tower Generator was tasked with protecting the perishables of this store and to provide power for full operation during a power outage. A key challenge was performing an electrical shutdown while still maintaining power to operate the store and a restaurant next door. Operation was maintained during the installation for this business in order to provide their customers with grocery products throughout any outage.
The Solution
The entire project from start to finish took less than eight weeks. Two mobile generators were brought and wired so that both businesses operated as usual. A 1600 amp ASCO transfer switch was installed in the store to ensure the reliability of the system.
